    #inside

Six tracks. Each one is a course and a group.

Every track pairs a course you work through with a space where the people already running it answer your questions. Start with whichever one is on fire this week.

    #seo-aeo

    SEO & AEO

Get the agency found in the map pack — and cited when somebody asks an answer engine who to call.

Stop doing the same thing twice. Wire up the handoffs your agency still moves by hand.

    #ai

    AI

Real leverage for the department of one, without the slop that gets you flagged.

    Course · Live group

    Tech Stack

Which tools earn their seat, which ones to cancel, and what the room runs instead.

    More tracks on the way

New tracks get built when enough of the room asks for the same thing. The roadmap is set by the members.

    #the-feed

The questions your marketer is googling right now.

Every one of these was asked inside AgencyDSR this month, and answered by someone who had already solved it at their own agency. That is the whole product.

    #carriers-ams

Our AMS won't export a clean list. How are you segmenting renewals?

"Applied won't give me policy-expiration in the same pull as email. I've been doing it by hand for two months and I'm losing my mind."

    #ads-analytics

Principal wants a number on the Facebook spend. What do I actually report?

"He asks 'is it working' every Monday and I don't have a straight answer. Cost per quote request? Bound policies? Something else?"

    #ask-anything

Compliance killed my last three social posts. How do you get anything approved?

"Anything that sounds like a rate or a promise gets flagged. What language are you all using that actually clears review?"

    #ai-workflows

Is anyone using AI for renewal outreach without it sounding like a robot?

"I want the first draft done for me, not the whole letter. Looking for the prompt, not the tool."

    #wins

Google Business Profile posts finally moved something.

"Eleven quote requests in 30 days from the map pack alone. Ran the cadence from the GBP course exactly as written."

    #ask-anything

How do I ask for a bigger marketing budget without a case study?

"I'm the only marketer here and there's no baseline to compare to. What did you bring to that conversation?"

    #courses

Every course ends with something deployed.

Not a certificate. Not a workbook. One flagship course per track, and the last module of each is the one where the thing goes live in your agency — so the training pays for itself before it ends.

    #seo-aeo8 modules

    The Local Search Engine

Own the map pack in your service area, then hold it when the agency down the street notices — and get named when somebody asks an AI who to call.

Ships: a 90-day posting and review cadence running, and clean listings everywhere.

    #automation7 modules

    Wire the Handoffs

Every quote, renewal and referral in your agency passes through somebody's copy and paste. Find those seams and close them.

Ships: three live automations replacing work your team currently does by hand.

    #ai6 modules

AI for the Department of One

Real leverage when you are one person doing four jobs — and a line you won't cross with compliance watching.

Ships: a prompt library and one workflow that gives you back a day a week.

    #tech-stack5 modules

    Audit the Stack

What each tool actually costs, what it quietly replaces, and which seats to cancel before they renew.

Ships: a costed stack map and a cancellation list your principal will sign.

    #virtual-assistants6 modules

    Hire, Brief, Keep

The delegation nobody trained you to do. Where to find one, how to brief one, and why the first two didn't last.

Ships: a hiring scorecard, an onboarding plan, and your first delegated workflow.

    #social-media5 modules

    Posts Producers Will Send

Stop making assets nobody uses. Build the ones your producers ask for by name, in language that clears review.

Ships: a month of agency-branded posts scheduled and pre-cleared for compliance.

New course added every quarter. Members keep access to every course in the library for as long as they're in.

    #live-sessions

A community with a heartbeat, not a Slack you forget about.

The calendar is the difference between a group chat and a place you actually get better. Every session is recorded, so a busy week costs you nothing.

    1. Monday

      Set the week

Post the one thing you're shipping by Friday. Fifteen minutes, no slides.

    2. Tuesday

      Office hours

Bring the campaign, the page, the email. Screen share it and get it fixed live.

    3. Thursday

      Teardown

One member's real agency marketing, taken apart on the call by the whole room.

    4. Friday

      Ship log

What went live this week, across every agency in the community.

    #instructors

The people teaching are the people doing.

Nobody here teaches a track they don't run somewhere. Each one owns marketing inside an agency or brokerage, and brings this week's actual problem to the call.

    Who's in the room.

In-house marketers, marketing coordinators and CSRs who took on marketing, at independent agencies, captives and brokerages across the country.

I went from posting whatever came to mind to running an actual calendar with numbers behind it. My principal stopped asking if marketing was working.

    #questions

    Before you join.

    Who is this actually for?

The person inside an insurance agency who owns marketing — whether their title says so or not. Marketing coordinators, in-house marketers, and CSRs who inherited the Facebook page. It is not for agencies looking to hire an outside agency.

Is this for the agency owner or the marketer?

The owner usually buys it; the marketer uses it. One seat covers one marketer. If you have two people sharing the role, talk to us before you buy.

What happens after the launch price ends?

Membership returns to $2,997 per year for new members. The launch cohort is joining at $1,997.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan on two hours: one live session and one course module. Everything is recorded, and the courses are built so a module ends with something done, not something read.

We already pay for a marketing platform. Does this replace it?

No. This trains the person operating it. Members run everything from HubSpot to a spreadsheet — the courses teach the play, not one vendor's buttons.

What if my marketer is brand new?

Start with the Foundations courses. Most new marketers have something live in their agency inside the first month.

We train and deploy in-house insurance marketers.

Give the person who owns your marketing a room full of people who do the same job.
